Our Goal

The Content Mastery Crew exists to help you grow your skills, confidence, and clarity in content creation, marketing, and community building—without the overwhelm. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where you can learn, connect, and thrive alongside other purpose-led founders, creatives, and student marketers. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Applicability and Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all aspects of the Membership, including public and private threads, comments, masterclasses, live events (online and in person), direct messages, and student collaborations. Breaches may result in temporary or permanent removal from the community at the discretion of the admin team.

This is Not an Engagement Group

We're here to support your growth, not your metrics. Please avoid posts or messages asking for likes, comments, or shares. These will be removed. You may not:

  • Share screenshots or content from inside the Membership externally without permission

  • Share your login or give others access to your account, templates, or workshops

Expectations & Student Involvement

The Membership includes a student work experience element. Students can choose to support members with social media and content creation tasks as part of their voluntary work experience. These tasks may include:

  • Writing post captions, emails or blogs

  • Creating content ideas or Canva graphics

  • Providing audits or feedback

However, this is not a guaranteed service. Members should understand:

  • Student support is not guaranteed for every member

  • Students choose which tasks to complete and may not pick up all requests

  • Student contributions should be reviewed and edited by the member before use

If you wish to continue working with a student long term, you may offer them paid work directly. We encourage fair pay and ask all members offering paid roles to comply with national minimum wage or living wage regulations, depending on the student’s location. Students completing unpaid tasks are responsible for logging their hours and managing their workload within local legal limits.

Creating a Welcoming and Safe Space

We ask all members to:

  • Use inclusive, respectful language

  • Embrace different experiences and perspectives

  • Receive and offer feedback constructively

  • Keep community needs in mind when posting

  • Approach interactions with kindness, professionalism, and generosity

Anti-Harassment Statement

Harassment will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Discriminatory or offensive comments

  • Misgendering or inappropriate language

  • Inappropriate sexual content or advances

  • Threats, intimidation, or stalking (online or offline)

  • Persistent communication after a request to stop

Reporting and Enforcement

Concerns or breaches can be reported by contacting jess@socialseahorse.com or by messaging Jess or another admin privately. Reports will be handled discreetly. In urgent cases, the offending party may be removed immediately. Other responses may include warnings or mediated discussions. Admin decisions are final.

Final Note

We are building a kind, creative, and collaborative space. By participating, you agree to uphold these values and contribute to a community where everyone feels supported, respected, and inspired to create.
